1. Who we are
Fuzo365 ("we", "us") operates the website fuzo365.com, an online sports betting and prediction market platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Sports Rules and Responsible Gambling Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time and will close accounts that fail verification.
- You must not use Fuzo365 from any country or territory where online betting is unlawful. It is your responsibility to check the laws that apply to you.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts opened on behalf of someone else will be closed and any bonuses voided.
- Employees of Fuzo365 and their household members may not bet on the site.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at management@fuzo365.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account at any time where we reasonably suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, use of automated tools or a breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits are made in cryptocurrency (USDT) through our payment processor and are credited in USD at the rate shown at the time of payment. Deposits are final once confirmed on the blockchain.
- Minimum deposit is USD 20. Minimum withdrawal is USD 10. Withdrawals are paid to the wallet or bank details you provide and are processed manually, normally within 24 hours. Incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered.
- We may request identity documents before paying a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where we suspect misuse.
- Funds must be used for betting. Accounts used only to move money will be closed and funds returned to the original source.
5. Placing bets
- A bet is accepted only when it appears in "My Bets". Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted.
- Minimum stake is USD 10 for singles and USD 1 for multis. Maximum stake is USD 5,000 per bet. We may lower limits for any customer or market.
- Odds can change at any time before a bet is accepted. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), we may void it or settle it at the correct price.
- Bets placed after an event has started, other than on markets clearly labelled as live, are void.
- Settlement follows our Sports Rules. Results are settled on official sources; later changes by the governing body do not affect settlement.
6. Bonuses and promotions
All bonuses are credited to your main balance and are subject to a wagering requirement: withdrawals are blocked until you have placed bets totalling the required multiple of the bonus amount. The current promotions are:
- Welcome bonus: USD 20 credited after your first real-money bet of USD 10 or more settles. Wagering 3×.
- First bet refund: if your first settled bet loses, the stake is returned as bonus, up to USD 100. Wagering 3×.
- Deposit bonus: 25% extra on any single deposit of USD 500 or more, up to USD 500. Wagering 5×.
- Multi boost: winning multis with 4 or more selections receive an extra 10% of the profit as bonus. Wagering 1×.
- 3 in a row: USD 50 after three consecutive winning bets, each with a stake of USD 10+ at odds of 1.50 or higher. Once per customer. Wagering 3×.
- Refer a friend: USD 10 when a friend who registered through your link makes a first deposit of USD 50 or more. Wagering 3×.
Each promotion is available once per person, household, device and payment method. Bets on both sides of the same market, arbitrage and low-risk betting patterns do not count towards wagering. We may withhold bonus funds and related winnings where we identify abuse, and we may change or withdraw promotions at any time; changes do not affect bonuses already credited.
7. Responsible gambling
Betting should be entertainment, not a way to make money. You can ask us at any time to limit your deposits, take a break or close your account permanently. See our Responsible Gambling page.
8. Prohibited behaviour
You must not use bots, scrapers or any automated tool; exploit errors in odds or software; collude with other customers; or use the site to launder money. We cooperate with law enforcement and sporting integrity bodies.
9. Liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses caused by outages, data errors from third-party providers, blockchain delays or events outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the balance of your account at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
