Unless a specific market states otherwise, all bets are settled on the official result of the event at the end of regular playing time. Where a market has its own stated rules, those rules take precedence over these general rules. In the event of an obvious error in the odds or in settlement, Fuzo365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
Unless otherwise specified, all football markets are settled on the result after 90 minutes of play (regulation time), including any stoppage time added by the referee, but excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs. Own goals count towards the relevant team. If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled kick-off, all bets are void and stakes returned, except for markets whose outcome was already determined before the abandonment.
A match must be completed for bets to stand. If a player retires or is disqualified before the match is finished, all bets on that match are void, except for markets that had already been decided at the time of retirement. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid provided the match is completed within a reasonable time, and a change of court surface does not void bets. A walkover before the match begins voids all bets.

If a game is suspended and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start, all bets are void and stakes returned, except for markets whose outcome was already determined.
During in-play betting, odds change in real time to reflect the state of the event. Bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of confirmation. Where a bet is placed after a significant event (such as a goal or point) but before the odds have updated, Fuzo365 reserves the right to void that bet. Any bet placed after the final result is known will be void.
Where a bet is void, the stake is returned to the customer's account. In an accumulator or multiple bet, a void selection is treated as a non-runner: the remaining selections continue to stand and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Subsequent amendments, appeals, or disqualifications after the official result do not affect settlement. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact our support team with your bet ID and it will be reviewed against the official result.
